Dugger (shoulder) could begin a rehab assignment Sunday, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Dugger began a throwing program in late August and will have a chance to return to game action in the minors just under two weeks later. The right-hander has been on the injured list since Aug. 8 due to right shoulder pain, so it seems likely that he'll require multiple rehab appearances prior to rejoining the Reds.
