The Royals outrighted Marsh (shoulder) to Triple-A Omaha on Thursday.
Marsh has missed two consecutive seasons due to shoulder problems and is still rehabbing from November 2025 labrum surgery. He could be ready by Opening Day, though Marsh is no longer on the 40-man roster and it's unclear how his shoulder will bounce back post-surgery.
