Royals' Jeison Guzman: Sent back to secondary site

Guzman was optioned to the Royals' alternate site Friday.

Guzman earned his first big-league callup Tuesday, but he didn't wind up making an appearance during his three days on the roster. Bubba Starling (undisclosed) was activated from the injured list in a corresponding move.
