Steven Duggar: Hits free agency

The Angels announced Sunday that Duggar cleared waivers and elected free agency.

Duggar has appeared in 29 big-league games between the Angels, Giants and Rangers this year, but he hasn't stuck around with any of the organizations. The 28-year-old has a .153/.225/.222 slash line in 80 plate appearances and has similarly struggled at Triple-A with a .600 OPS.
