Canha is out of the lineup Tuesday against Cleveland with an upper respiratory illness, Chris McCosky of The Detroit News reports.
Canha will get the day off to rest and recover from the illness, leaving DH work to Jake Rogers while Carson Kelly fills in behind the plate. Canha's five homers trail only Riley Greene on the Tigers.
