Canha is not in the lineup for Game 1 of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Cardinals.
Canha started the previous seven games and hit .407 with three doubles and two homers during that span, but he'll take a seat for Tuesday's matinee. Riley Greene will receive a turn at designated hitter while Wenceel Perez gets a start in the outfield.
