Buxton is out of the lineup for the second game of Friday's doubleheader against the Guardians.
After missing three games due to back stiffness, Buxton returned for Friday's matinee, going 1-for-3 with a double and a walk during the Twins' 4-2 victory. Minnesota won't push it with the 30-year-old, instead starting Manuel Margot in center field for the nightcap.
