Bryce Harper 1B | PHI
Phillies' Bryce Harper: Homers in regular-season finale
Harper went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Sunday's 7-3 win over Tampa Bay.
Harper extended the Phillies' lead to 5-1 in the fifth inning with a solo shot off Jesse Scholtens, his 29th homer this year. Harper had been in a significant slump in the power department coming into Sunday -- he had gone deep just once in his previous 27 games. Overall, Harper will finish the regular season with a .269/.380/.485 slash line, 87 RBI and 93 runs scored across 693 plate appearances.

Andres Chaparro 1B | WAS
Nationals' Andres Chaparro: Goes deep twice in finale
Chaparro went 3-for-4 with a pair of solo home runs in Sunday's 6-4 win over the Mets.
Chaparro led off the third inning with a solo shot off Sean Manaea, cutting Washington's deficit to 4-3, before he put the Nats ahead 5-4 in the fifth with his second homer of the day and 13th this season. Chaparro swung the bat well down the stretch, going 11-for-29 (.379) over his last 10 games. Kyle Stowers 1B | MIA
Marlins' Kyle Stowers: Remains out Sunday
Stowers (abdomen) remains out of the lineup for Sunday's contest versus Atlanta.
Stowers will finish the regular season having been held out of the lineup for the final four games due to an abdominal injury, though he did appear once as a pinch hitter during that span. It's not an injury that should linger too far into the offseason for Stowers, who finishes with a .239/.331/.459 batting line and 21 home runs in 2026.

TJ Rumfield 1B | COL
Rockies' TJ Rumfield: Finishes with .300 average
Rumfield is absent from the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox.
The Rockies will hold him out of the regular-season finale so that he can finish with an even .300 batting average. Rumfield slashed .300/.390/.453 with 16 home runs and 73 RBI over 155 contests during his terrific rookie campaign. Troy Johnston will handle first base for Colorado on Sunday.

Alec Burleson 1B | STL
Cardinals' Alec Burleson: Sitting for Game 162
Burleson is not in the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Brewers.
Major League Baseball's RBI leader with 116, Burleson will give way to Leo Bernal at first base against Brewers ace Jacob Misiorowski to close the campaign. Burleson turned out to be a tremendous draft-day value in 2026, though his days of flying under the radar are likely over.

Tim Tawa 1B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Tim Tawa: Delivers three hits in loss
Tawa went 3-for-4 with two runs scored in Saturday's 10-7 loss to the Padres.
Tawa had gone just 6-for-42 (.143) over his previous 13 games, failing to log a multi-hit effort in that span. All three of his hits Saturday were singles. The utility man is now batting .239 with a .692 OPS, 11 home runs, 41 RBI, 40 runs scored, 13 doubles, one triple and eight stolen bases over 103 contests. While his overall numbers aren't that great, he has displayed clear progress compared to 2025, when he hit .201 with a .621 OPS in 74 games.

Gavin Sheets 1B | SD
Padres' Gavin Sheets: Back from injured list
The Padres reinstated Sheets (foot) from the injured list Saturday.
Sheets has been out since late August due to a sprained left foot, but he'll return in time for the Padres' final two regular-season games and the postseason. The 30-year-old is expected to work exclusively as a DH now that he's healthy, allowing Ty France to keep his hold on the starting first base job.

Kyle Stowers 1B | MIA
Marlins' Kyle Stowers: Battling abdominal injury
Stowers isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against Atlanta due to an abdominal injury, Daniel Alvarez-Montes of ElExtraBase.com reports.
Saturday will mark the third consecutive game that Stowers hasn't started as he battles abdominal pain, and with the Marlins' season set to end Sunday, the team may decide to keep him out as a precaution. Stowers' absence Saturday will allow Deyvison De Los Santos to start at first base.
