76ers' Ben Simmons: Expected to play Friday

Simmons (illness) is probable for Friday's game against Sacramento.

Simmons skipped Thursday's practice due to an upper respiratory infection, but the Sixers expect him to be out on the court Friday night. His status could change based on how he's feeling Friday morning, however.
