76ers' Tyrese Maxey: Unlikely to play Sunday

Maxey is slated to miss a second straight game due to an illness. Assuming he's ruled out, Quentin Grimes will likely remain in the 76ers' starting lineup while Jared McCain sees an expanded role off the bench.
