Bucks' Sandro Mamukelashvili: Posts 28 points in G League return

Mamukelashvili finished Monday's G League win against Windy City with 28 points (11-16 FG, 5-7 3Pt, 1-4 FT), six rebounds, three assists, three blocks and one steal over 33 minutes.

Mamukelashvili logged three minutes in each of three games for the Milwaukee Bucks between Nov. 24 and Nov. 28, and he was subsequently returned to the G League. Not surprisingly, he was dominant with more minutes and a less-stiff level of competition, leading Wisconsin in points and blocks against Windy City. Mamukelashvili is excelling with per-game averages of 20.3 points, 8.7 boards, 3.0 assists, 2.3 three-pointers and 2.0 blocks in G League action, but his short-term return to the NBA may be blocked by the Bucks' signing of DeMarcus Cousins.
