Bulls' Isaac Okoro: Returns to practice

Okoro (back) practiced in full Wednesday, K.C. Johnson of Chicago Sports Network reports.

Okoro has missed the past eight games for Chicago, but it sounds like a return Friday against the Hornets could be on the table. Wednesday's practice included a scrimmage, so that's another good sign for Okoro.
