Bulls' Julian Phillips: Returning to action Friday

Phillips (ribs) will play in Friday's preseason matchup versus the Cavaliers, Will Gottlieb of AllCHGO.com reports.

Phillips missed Wednesday's game against the Timberwolves after sustaining a rib contusion Monday. The 20-year-old is expected to be a full-go for the start of the regular season, and the injury is not likely to limit his playing time.
