Payne signed a one-year contract with Anadolu Efes in Turkey on Saturday, Sam Amico of HoopsWire.com reports.
Payne worked out with the Kings in August, though that didn't lead to a contract ahead of the 2026-27 regular season. The veteran guard appeared in 22 regular-season games (one start) with the Sixers in 2025-26, averaging 7.4 points, 2.6 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 17.0 minutes per game.
