Jemerrio Jones: Waived by Washington

Jones was waived by the Wizards on Wednesday, Fred Katz of The Athletic reports.

Jones is a bit of a surprise cut after he was traded from Los Angeles to Washington this past offseason. Should Jones clear waivers, he'll be an unrestricted free agent and may wind up starting the 2019-20 season in the G League.
