James (abdomen) entered COVID-19 protocols Tuesday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports. He is expected to miss several games, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
For now, James can be ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Kings, and more than likely, the Lakers' other game this week (Friday versus the Clippers). More information may be available in the coming days, but fantasy managers should be prepared for the possibility that James is out for at least 10 days. In his absence, more minutes will be on the table for Talen Horton-Tucker, Austin Reaves, Malik Monk and others. Russell Westbrook and Anthony Davis should also see spikes in usage sans James.
