Gordon (ankle) took part in Tuesday's practice, Roy Parry of the Orlando Sentinel reports.
Gordon returned from a lengthy injury absence last Thursday against Miami, but after playing 14 minutes in the loss, he was held out of each of Orlando's last two contests. However, after going through Tuesday's session, which included scrimmaging, the hope is that Gordon will be able to take the floor Thursday night at New York.
