Pacers' George Hill: Starting Thursday

Hill will start Thursday against the Spurs.

Hill will make his debut with the Pacers as a starter since Tyrese Haliburton (calf) is unavailable Thursday. Expect T.J. McConnell to relieve Hill off the bench.
