Murphy is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Suns, Will Guillory of The Athletic reports.
The Pelicans will have Brandon Ingram and Herbert Jones back in the starting lineup, so Murphy will head to the bench. This will be the first time Murphy comes off the bench this season.
