McGruder (ankle) will not play Monday against Portland, Omari Sankofa II of the Detroit Free Press reports.

McGruder's minimal minutes will likely fall to R.J. Hampton and Hamidou Diallo on Monday evening. McGruder is safe to leave on the waiver wire.
