Banton (knee) is expected to be available for Friday's game against the Clippers, Steven Loung of Sportsnet reports.
Banton was placed in COVID-19 protocols more than a week ago, but he was also battling a bruised knee that kept him out of Tuesday's game against the Sixers. The rookie was able to practice Thursday, however, so the Raptors are considering him probable -- alongside most of their regulars -- for Friday's contest. With the likes of OG Anunoby, Pascal Siakam and Fred VanVleet expected back, Banton will likely return to somewhat of a reduced role off the bench.
