Banton (ankle) will be inactive for Wednesday's meeting with the Nets, Michael Grange of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Banton will miss a second straight contest due to a sprained ankle that was suffered on Nov. 16. He should be approaching a return to action soon and will have plenty of time to rest before his next chance to take the floor Saturday against Dallas.
