Barnes (ankle) has been upgraded from doubtful to questionable for Saturday's Game 4 against the 76ers, Blake Murphy of The Athletic reports.
It looks like the Raptors will let Barnes work out during pregame warmups before making a final decision prior to tip-off. He has missed back-to-back games after spraining his ankle in the third quarter of Game 1.
