Spurs' Dante Cunningham: Ruled out Wednesday

Cunningham (illness) has been ruled out for Wednesday's regular season finale against the Mavericks, Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com reports.

Cunningham does not play a crucial role in the Spurs' rotation, so his absence should not have much of an impact Wednesday night against Dallas.
