Tony Wroten: Waived by Grizzlies

Wroten was waived by the Grizzlies, the team announced Friday.

Over the past four months, Wroten has been claimed, waived, signed and waived again by the Grizzlies, but it looks like now, the point guard's tenure with the team is officially over as they trim their roster down with the regular season approaching. The waiving of Wroten cuts the Memphis roster down to 19 players and leaves Wade Baldwin and Andrew Harrison to compete for the backup point guard spot behind Mike Conley.
