Trail Blazers' Jrue Holiday: Still out Wednesday

Holiday (calf) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Bulls.

Holiday will miss a third straight game due to right calf soreness. His next chance to suit up will come Friday in Golden State. Shaedon Sharpe (calf) is doubtful, so Caleb Love, Kris Murray and Sidy Cissoko are candidates for elevated roles again.
