Wizards' Jamir Watkins: Chance to play Sunday

Watkins (illness) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Spurs.

An illness prevented Watkins from playing in Saturday's win over the Grizzlies, but the rookie second-rounder has a chance to return for the back end of the Wizards' back-to-back set Sunday. Tre Johnson, Justin Champagnie and Bub Carrington would be in line for more playing time off the bench if Watkins is not cleared to play.
