Case Keenum is expected to be the No. 2 quarterback for the Rams this season behind rookie Jared Goff, and he will have minimal Fantasy value coming into the year. He started the final four games for the Rams in 2015, and he finished the year with 828 passing yards, four touchdowns and one interception. Even if he ends up starting at all in 2016 he would not be worth starting in most formats. Ignore him in all leagues on Draft Day.
