Bengals' A.J. Green: Set to test out hamstring Wednesday

Green (hamstring) is slated to practice Wednesday, the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Green, who partially tore his hamstring back on Nov. 20, plans to test things out Wednesday, with an eye toward possibly returning to action as soon as Sunday's game against the Steelers. If the wideout does make it back this weekend, however, he acknowledges that he'd be operating at less that top form. "It's getting better," Green noted of his hamstring issue, while adding "I'm not going to be 100 percent whenever I come back and I know; I'm satisfied with that...The biggest thing for me is to get my confidence back and go out there and I know can protect myself and I know I can be effective."
