Bengals' Brandon Wilson: Pens RFA tender

Wilson (hand) signed his restricted free agent tender with the Bengals on Sunday.

Wilson's one-year contract sets him up to return for a fourth straight season in Cincinnati. He proved to be a quality return specialist for the team in 2019, logging a league-best 31.3 yards per kick return while also contributing as a reserve safety and in other roles on special teams.
