Green was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday.
Green's move back to the active roster comes just in time for the Browns' matchup with the Packers on Saturday. With Troy Hill likely out with a knee injury and also still on the COVID list along with Greg Newsome, Green could be looking at a substantial role in the Browns' secondary Saturday. Primarily a contributor on special teams, Green hasn't seen significant work on defense since Week 5 against the Chargers, when he recorded six tackles and two passes defensed.
