Browns' Michael Hall: Placed on exempt list

Hall (neck) was placed on the commissioner's exempt list Tuesday.

Hall is facing a serious domestic violence allegation from an incident in mid-August. He suffered a neck stinger during practice a few days after, but he'll likely be healthy long before he's eligible to play.
