Higgins played just seven percent (four of 59) of the offensive snaps in Sunday's 33-29 loss to the Chiefs.

It was unclear where Higgins stood entering the regular season, vis a vis younger wideouts like Donovan Peoples-Jones and Anthony Schwartz, but a clearer picture emerged after Week 1. Peoples-Jones (47 snaps) and Schwarz (31) picked up the slack for the inactive Odell Beckham (knee), sending Higgins down the depth chart. One imagines what Higgins' playing time would have been had Beckham been active.
