Hopkins (hamstring) was held out of practice Wednesday, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

Hopkins' name has showed up on Cardinals injury reports on occasion this season, but only last week did his availability seem to be in question due to a hamstring issue. He proceeded to play in last Thursday's loss to the Packers, but he logged just 24 percent of Arizona's offensive snaps as he shuffled on and off the field. The injury again is keeping Hopkins out of practice this week, and head coach Kliff Kingsbury told Weinfuss that he's "not sure if he will be ready to go this week or not." With A.J. Green testing positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday, there's a distinct chance the Cards will be without their top two wide receivers Sunday at San Francisco. In such a scenario, Christian Kirk and Rondale Moore would serve as the team's primary options at the position, with Antoine Wesley and Andy Isabella on hand for more work.
