Benjamin caught three of four targets for 43 yards and a touchdown during Monday's loss to Denver.
Benjamin was next to non-existent in the passing game Monday until quarterback Philip Rivers hit the wideout with a 38-yard touchdown pass in the middle of fourth quarter to pull the Chargers within three points. While Rivers and Benjamin couldn't connect for another long pass on the following drive, it's encouraging that the speedy receiver is likely to remain a downfield weapon in the passing attack. Still, with Benjamin's boom-or-bust track record, he projects to remain an inconsistent weekly option in most settings.
