Charles Jones: Cut from practice squad

The Bills cut Jones from the practice squad Saturday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Jones signed with the practice squad Wednesday due to COVID-19 concerns in the Bills' tight end room, but the team is apparently now comfortable with the depth it has. The 24-year-old tight end played four games with the Jaguars in 2019, recording one five-yard reception on his only target.
