Cole Hikutini: Waived by Giants

Hikutini (hip) was waived/injured by the Giants on Tuesday, Zack Rosenblatt of The Newark Star-Ledger reports.

Hikutini sustained a hip injury during the Giants' preseason opener against the Jets and didn't play in Sunday's exhibition game against the Browns. The 27-year-old had been performing well in camp and will revert to the Giants' injured reserve if he goes unclaimed on waivers.
