Colts' Daniel Scott: Ruled out for Week 16

Scott (knee) is ruled out for Monday's game against the 49ers.

Scott has been a full participant since having his 21-day practice window opened Thursday, but he nonetheless won't be activated from IR in time to play Week 16. The depth safety's next chance to take the field will come Week 17 versus Jacksonville.
