Colts' Quenton Nelson: Exits game with toe injury

Nelson is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Jaguars with a toe injury, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.

Josh Sills is now set to take over at left guard for Nelson and provide key protection for rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson.
