Del'Shawn Phillips: Waived by Bills

Phillips (quadriceps) was waived from the Bills' injured reserve list Tuesday, according to the NFL's official transaction report.

Phillips has been on IR since early November due to a quad issue. However, if he can prove he's healthy, he'll now have an opportunity to join on with another team in time for the offseason.
