Detrez Newsome: Works out with Ravens

Newsome (undisclosed) had a tryout with the Ravens on Tuesday, freelance NFL writer Howard Balzer reports.

Newsome was on the Chargers' practice squad injury list earlier this season until both parties reached an injury settlement on Oct. 16. His workout with the Ravens indicates his health is back up to par.
