Hill played well in Week 17 against Carolina with 222 passing yards and a touchdown, as well as 45 rushing yards, but he only scored 18 Fantasy points. He's now scored fewer than 20 Fantasy points in each of his past two games, which happened to be wins for the Saints. New Orleans should beat Atlanta in Week 18, so keep that in mind for Hill, but I still like his upside in this matchup. The Falcons have allowed three of their past five opposing quarterbacks to score at least 20 Fantasy points, with Cam Newton in Week 14 (47 yards and a touchdown) and Josh Allen in Week 17 (81 yards and two touchdowns) doing plenty of damage on the ground. Hill has run for at least 33 yards in each of his past four starts.

Cousins should come off the reserve/COVID-19 list in time to start against the Bears, and this is the perfect spot for him. With Minnesota eliminated from the playoffs, there's no pressure on Cousins in Week 18. It's also a great matchup since Chicago has allowed three of its past five opposing quarterbacks to score at least 20 Fantasy points. Now, Cousins only had 14 Fantasy points at Chicago in Week 15, but that was a Monday night matchup, which has typically been bad for Cousins. I expect him to end his season on a high note, and he has top-10 upside in Week 18.

This is expected to be Roethlisberger's final NFL game unless the Steelers sneak into the playoffs, and I hope he goes out with a strong performance. There's a good chance that could happen against the Ravens, who have allowed three of their past five opposing quarterbacks to score at least 23 Fantasy points. One of those was Roethlisberger in Week 13, and he's averaging 23.5 Fantasy points in his past two games at Baltimore. I'd like to see Roethlisberger have one more signature performance before his Hall of Fame career comes to an end.

The last time Tannehill scored more than 16 Fantasy points was in Week 10 against New Orleans when he had 20 points against the Saints. The following week he faced the Texans in an embarrassing loss, and Tannehill was the reason why with four interceptions, which limited him to 10 Fantasy points. I'm expecting a rebound performance here in a game Tennessee needs to lock up the No. 1 seed in the AFC, and the Texans have allowed two of their past four opposing quarterbacks to score at least 22 Fantasy points. And Tannehill averaged 28.5 Fantasy points per game against Houston in his past four meetings prior to facing them earlier this year.

The Jaguars have allowed 55 Fantasy points in their past two games against Zach Wilson and Mac Jones, and hopefully Wentz can follow suit with a quality outing here in a big game for the Colts, who need to win to clinch a playoff spot. Wentz only has two games with more than 20 Fantasy points in his past seven outings, and the concern for him is always that Jonathan Taylor dominates this matchup. Wentz also scored only seven Fantasy points against the Jaguars in Week 7. But I'll use him as a low-end starter in deeper leagues this week with the hope he finds two touchdowns as Indianapolis locks up a wild-card berth.

Heinicke is likely making his final start for Washington with the team expected to find an upgrade in 2022. And he could go out with a positive performance against the Giants since he scored 23 Fantasy points against them in Week 2. He hasn't scored more than eight Fantasy points in three games in a row against tough opponents in Dallas twice and Philadelphia, but this is a matchup where Heinicke can have success if you need a Fantasy starter in a deeper league. The Giants have allowed three of their past five opposing quarterbacks to score at least 19 Fantasy points.

Jones was great in Week 17 against Jacksonville with 28 Fantasy points, but that continued his pattern of playing well at home. Jones has six games this season with at least 20 Fantasy points, and five of them were in New England. On the road, he's averaging just 10.0 Fantasy points per game, and I don't expect a big performance this week at Miami. The Dolphins have allowed just one quarterback to score more than 16 Fantasy points in their past eight games.

We'll continue to monitor Lamar Jackson (ankle) for Week 18, but if he's out then Huntley will start again for the Ravens. I would only start him in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues. The Steelers have allowed one quarterback to score more than 19 Fantasy points in their past six outings, and they held Jackson to 19 points in Week 13. Huntley has appeared in four games this season with extended action, and he scored 16 Fantasy points or less in three of them.

Carr has the Raiders in position to make the playoffs by beating the Chargers in Week 18, which would be a phenomenal story. And he could get Darren Waller (knee) back for this matchup. But Carr has been a miserable Fantasy quarterback in the second half of the season, and it's hard to trust him if this is your championship game. He has one game with more than 12 Fantasy points in his past seven outings, including five in a row with 12 points or less. He's thrown an interception in four games in a row, and he doesn't have multiple passing touchdowns in a game since Week 10. Maybe Waller's return changes things for Carr, but I would only use him in two-quarterback or Superflex leagues in Week 18.

Lance handled himself well in Week 17 against Houston with 22 Fantasy points, and we'll see if he starts again in Week 18 for Jimmy Garoppolo (thumb). If that happens, I would only use Lance in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues. This is a tough matchup against the Rams, who have allowed one quarterback to score more than 19 Fantasy points in their past eight games, including five in a row with 17 points or less. The Rams have an interception in four games in a row, and Lance could get turnover prone in this big game on the road.
