The Fantasy Rewind is our look at the best and worst performances from Sunday's NFL games.
| PLAYER OF THE WEEK |
Donovan McNabb, QB, Philadelphia: McNabb managed to steal
the stage from Peyton Manning for at least a week,
completing 32 of 43 passes for 464 yards and five touchdowns
against the Green Bay Packers. The former two-sport athlete from
Syracuse threw all five of his touchdowns in the first half and at
one point completed 14 straight passes. The 464 yards are a new
Eagles' record and the five touchdown passes are a career-best for
McNabb. The fact that the Packers came into this game having won
six straight makes McNabb's day all the more impressive. Of
course, Terrell Owens was heavily involved in the action,
catching eight passes for 161 yards and a touchdown. However, the
real star was running back Brian Westbrook. The diminutive
back caught 11 passes for 156 yards and three touchdowns. Tight
end L.J. Smith was the other recipient of a McNabb TD
strike.
