Giants' Cole Hikutini: Shifts to IR

Hikutini (hip) cleared waivers and reverted to the Giants' injured reserve Wednesday, independent NFL journalist Aaron Wilson reports.

Hikutini was waived/injured by the Giants on Tuesday and passed through waivers unclaimed. He suffered the hip injury during the preseason opener and will miss the 2021 campaign, barring an injury settlement.
