Lions' Jared Abbrederis: Struggles in preseason finale

Abbrederis caught his only target and gained 16 yards, but lost a fumble on the reception in Thursday's preseason finale against the Bills.

With Golden Tate, Marvin Jones, Kenny Golladay and TJ Jones all seemingly locks for the final roster, Abbrederis entered Thursday's game in a competition with Jace Billingsley for a potential No. 5 gig. Abbrederis certainly didn't impress, but Billingsley clearly didn't either, as the latter caught only two passes for two yards while muffing both a kickoff and punt. The future of both players with the Lions should be determined over the weekend.
