The Giants released Kemp (hamstring) from IR with an injury settlement Tuesday, Doug Kyed of Pro Football Focus reports.
Kemp can now sign with a club this season, once he's returned to full health as per the terms of his injury settlement. The veteran wideout has proven he has the ability to contribute on special teams and has 43 career appearances under his belt.
