Stokes (foot) was a limited participant in practice Thursday after being designated to return from the reserve/PUP list Tuesday.
The cornerback has entered the 21-day practice window before he can move back to the active roster. Stokes tore his meniscus and suffered a Lisfranc injury last November and has been out ever since. The third-year pro started 23 games and made 81 tackles over his first two seasons.
