Panthers' T.J. Green: Joins Panthers

The Panthers claimed Green off waivers Thursday.

Green was waived by the Saints on Wednesday, and he'll now get a chance in Carolina. The 24-year-old stands to play a depth role in the Panthers' secondary, and he could contribute on special teams.
