Rams' Byron Young: Back at practice Thursday

Young (knee) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.

Young was a non-participant Wednesday. The linebacker's return to practice should be a positive sign for his chances of suiting up in Sunday's contest against the Panthers.
