Rapp remained unavailable for Thursday's practice while still in concussion protocol. The safety's chances to play Sunday rely on his ability to clear the protocols. If he can't go, Terrell Burgess and Eric Weddle could once again split snaps in the Rams' secondary against the Buccaneers.
